Emily-isms
Em’s been doing some pretty fun/interesting stuff lately and I wanted to remember to blog it. So a few new tricks from my girl
She asks for “Blue juice” every morning. She means orange juice, but for whatever reason, she refuses to believe in any other color beside blue.
She can sing A, B, C, D E, and then she says S and goes on to random sounds, letters. But she does it in tune to the song. It’s funny.
She absolutely freaking adores the Tinkerbell Disney Fairies Movie. We have to watch it every night before bedtime. It makes me a little bonkers, but she loves it, so I’m stuck. There is a NEW Tinkerbell movie coming out in October, and trust me, we will be getting that one. Momma can’t take much more Tinkerbell.
She sings Twinkle, Twinkle Little star, but the she only knows the first line and the words HIGH and SKY. But her little voice is adorable.
She loves to go for walks around the block with us. She says “I walk, I big girl mommy!”
When she holds my hand, she’ll only my ring finger (with the rings on it) She loves the “pretty ring Daddy give” So do I, baby girl. J
She’s fascinated with boo boos and bandaids.
She can open most of the doors in the house now. Not the front door, thankfully, but the door to her room, our room and the closets. ACK!
She has a little boyfriend at daycare. “My Jonas” as she calls him. He’s super cute and every morning when I drop her off, he comes running over and yells EMILY! And gives her a hug. The teacher says they are buddies and play together all day!
Emily is a lot of fun right now. She seems to be learning new words every day. It’s a little overwhelming to be honest. Plus, she has an opinion about everything, what to wear, where to walk, what to play with, what to eat. It’s crazy, but a lot of fun!
