Halloween Excitement

I LOVE Halloween. Love it. It’s my most favorite holiday. I love decorating the house, I love eating candy (who doesn’t?) and I love love love dressing up! 

 

Now that Emily is here, I get to dress her up too!  Lucky for me, she loves to put on pretty dresses and pretty shoes and anything sparkly. She is definitely a Girly Girl.   So this year I spent more time than I care to admit looking for the perfect costume for my girl.  There is no question that she is going to be Tinkerbell.  She loves that stupid fairy, so of course, that’s what I looked at.  Do you have any idea how many Toddler size Tinkerbell costumes there are out there? Way more than you would think, trust me.  So I finally decided on THIS.  It looks pretty darn cute, doesn’t it? I can not wait to put her in it.  I also splurged and got her a tinker bell wand.  I figured she would play dress up in this outfit for awhile, so I might as well.

 

What are your kids going to be for Halloween? Any ideas yet?  I’m sure next year will be different because Emily will have some input in what she wants, but for now, it’s what Mommy wants.  I’m going to have the cutest fairy in the world!!!

 

OH MY GOD!

OK, I totally stole this off another blog, but it’s so insane that I had to post something about it.   You can now have your tongue surgically altered to make it painful to eat. THUS, you will lose weight by only consuming a liquid diet. It’s a reversible procedure, but holy moly macaroni!    Check it out HERE    I would love to lose 20lbs in 4 weeks, but this seems the extreme of the extreme to me.  And I’m sorry, but sewing something into my tongue??? That makes me want to stay off food for a few hours just thinking about it?

Have you guys seen any other radical weight loss things? I had no idea people were willing to go to these lengths!
